Blog #5 Reflection for the 2nd Quarter

Image
Quarter 2 Reflection in ICT This quarter has been full of learning and discoveries that helped me improve my understanding of technology and creativity. I learned how to use different digital tools more efficiently, such as creating photo essays, editing layouts, and writing reflections online. I also discovered how technology can be used not just for schoolwork, but also for expressing ideas and showcasing our community’s culture. These activities made me appreciate ICT more because it connects learning with real-life experiences. One of the challenges I encountered this quarter was managing my time between projects and other subjects. There were moments when tasks piled up, and I found it difficult to balance deadlines. Another challenge was understanding some technical parts of ICT, especially when editing or formatting digital content. At first, it felt overwhelming to keep up with everything, but I knew these struggles were part of the learning process. To overcome these chal...

Blog #4 Teachers Month Celebration

Insight on the 2025 Teacher’s Month Celebration Theme: “My Teacher, My Hero” The 2025 Teacher’s Month Celebration with the theme “My Teacher, My Hero” is a wonderful reminder of how important teachers are in our lives. They are not only our source of knowledge but also our guides who inspire us to dream, work hard, and believe in ourselves. Every day, they give their time, effort, and care to help us become better people, even when their sacrifices often go unnoticed. They truly are heroes who change lives with patience, understanding, and love. I express my gratitude to my teachers by showing respect, listening carefully during lessons, and always giving my best in class. Simple gestures like saying thank you, greeting them with a smile, or writing a short note of appreciation can already make a difference. I also try to apply the lessons they teach not just in school, but in real life, because I know that living by their teachings is one of the best ways to show my respect and g...

Blog#2 Hope and Resilience

Image
Hope and Resilience in the Face of Climate Change Climate change is one of the biggest challenges we face today, and the Philippines is among the most affected. Hotter days, stronger typhoons, floods, and droughts continue to disrupt the lives of many Filipinos. Much of this is made worse by human activities like deforestation, pollution, and the excessive use of fossil fuels that harm our environment. The effects are felt everywhere. Stronger storms destroy homes and livelihoods, while floods displace families for weeks. Rising sea levels threaten coastal communities, and long droughts make it harder for farmers to grow crops. These struggles affect not only survival but also the stability and hopes of many families. Despite these challenges, Filipinos are known for their resiliency. After every disaster, families rebuild, neighbors help one another, and communities rise again. This spirit of bayanihan keeps people strong even when life gets difficult. But resiliency alone is not enou...

Blog #1 Intramurals " Ones a dreamer and now a player"

Image
Ones a dreamer and now a player The Intramurals is one of the most awaited events in school. It is a time when students set aside their daily routines and come together to showcase their talents in sports, games, and performances. The gym and fields are filled with cheers, laughter, and excitement, creating an atmosphere of energy and pride that only the Intramurals can bring. This year’s Intramurals gave us an experience we will never forget. We were supposed to play futsal, but the heavy rain made the court unplayable. Instead of canceling the match, we shifted to football on the open field. At first, it felt uncertain, but the excitement of trying something different lifted our spirits. Before the game started, our team gathered in prayer. That short moment of silence gave us confidence and reminded us that what mattered most was not the change in the game, but the unity and effort we put into it. With heads held high, we kicked off, carrying both nerves and determination with every...
